A good place to hang your hat and get some rest. The rooms are a bit on the minimal side, but, the extended stay rooms have a full kitchen and the rate is pretty good. The owners are pretty friendly too.

I have stayed at golden West many many many times over the years. It's my go to place. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly. I lived there for awhile as a kid with my family. I'll never have anything bad to say about that motel besides I love it there.
They have rooms with a full kitchen... Stove oven microwave sink cupboards fridge freezer.... The whole 9 yards.
This motel is actually one of my top five most favorite motels within the entire Snohomish county area. The staff members here are all extremely nice, super friendly, courteous and very understanding as well as easy to work with. I'd probably recommend this motel overall others first. Their rates are also extremely great also.
This motel has its ups and downs. The pro's: ..the rooms are normal size. You get 1- queen bed(hard as f#%$), a desk, a tv and 2 shelves for clothes and 2 night stands and there is still plenty of room to walk around and not be squished. Then you also get s tiny closet for hanging some clothes and a good size bathroom and thr bonus is you also get a whole kitchen including a table refrigerator and stove. Bring your own pots pans and dishes tho. Sobits basically a mini apartment for the cheapest price of any other motel around from what ive found. And you cant beat the location, right off highway 99 and about a half mile from I 5. All the restaurants you can think of around ya here too. The cons...they are very VERY old. Need updated/r#emodeled bad. They dont do a very good job cleaning them so that makes it even worse. They making get room service even if you dont want it and get woke up by the cleaning lady everyday at 11. We work nights so this is very annoying when we are trying to sleep. And the owners are not the friendliest people out there either. But They are nit the worst either.
The owners of this establishment are what make coming here feel like you’re right at home. The location is right in the middle of just about everything you need as well.
The owners of this place are extremely nice and very respectful. The rooms are definitely old inside and could use new replacement or updating of things like floors, counters doors furniture etc. It's $100 a day to stay here but if you pay for a week it costs $450 which is a much better deal if you can afford.
Not classy by any means .. but it's quiet and private. Unlike most other places to stay around here, the staff keeps out of your business (coming/going/guests/ECT) so long as you're not being an asshole. And also unlike other places I've stayed around here, if you're renting extended, they're not at your door ready to throw you out at 11:02 if you've not made it to to pay rent just yet. Relaxed and polite. B+
Good location. They've been around forever. Always willing to accommodate me and that's so amazing because sometimes motels can be really tricky with all their rules/regulations , outrageous deposits and whatnot. Anyways, love this place. Yes it is a little run down as far as the rooms go, but nothing terrible just a bit old as far as furniture goes. Still definitely livable and clean.
